Workplace Car Parking
Parking is becoming more of a challenge for businesses and their employees. Costs, space and tougher planning rules create headaches for employers and employees alike especially in the urban environment. Recognizing that these issues are not going away, businesses are looking for smarter solutions.
Problems with workplace parking can affect productivity and morale throughout an organisation. Census data shows that more than 60% of commuting journeys in the UK are made by car, with employers providing up to four million parking spaces for employees, customers and visitors at their premises. Legally, there is no obligation on employers to provide parking (free or otherwise) for employees. As working hours and shift patterns extend beyond the traditional ‘nine-to-five’, especially in service industries, an approach of limited parking spaces allocated solely on a first come, first served basis becomes increasingly a problem for both employees and the organisation.
Park View Business Centre offers plenty of free car parking facilities because of its great rural location. Is it time you consider a move and give yourself and your employees hassle free parking?.
When thinking about what type of office to choose for your business, things like coworking and leased offices might spring to mind, but how about serviced space? This type of office could be something that you may not even think about, or have even heard of.
Serviced space isn’t new to the office world, with the first of their kind appearing in America back in the 1960s. However, it’s in recent years, with entrepreneurs, SMEs and larger businesses all taking advantage of the flexibility they offer, that they have gained popularity. In fact, the UK alone has seen a 157% increase in serviced office take up in the last 12 months.
So, what are the main benefits of choosing a serviced office to base your business?
Maybe you’re a business looking to expand, or you might have an internal team working on a new project which needs to be based near a specific location. With Park View Business Centre, you can easily do just that, combining a rural location with superfast broadband (100 mbs).
Serviced offices include most expenses in one monthly bill. From internet to mail handling, maintenance to cleaning, all of this is sorted for you in a single, simple cost. Plus, our extra facilities like the meeting room, gym and shared kitchen are accessible.
Time to focus on you
Need to get up and running overnight? No problem. You can sign on the dotted line one day and be settling into your new desk the next. We can also take care of the cleaning and maintenance of your office, so you will be able to focus on the more important thing – your business.
With our serviced offices, we seek to provide spaces that suit your needs, whether you’re a large or small business, a freelancer or an entrepreneur, international or part of a project team. Our serviced offices come complete with a wide range of services to benefit you.
The key benefit of serviced space has to be the flexibility that they can offer your business. Often you might find yourself tied into a fixed term contract of several years when leasing office space, but at Park View Business Centre we offer a flexible rolling one month contract, easy in/out flexibility.

Quarter of UK businesses don’t have reliable broadband despite government pledges on ‘superfast’ internet
Almost a quarter of UK small businesses are being held back by unreliable internet connections. In rural areas 30 per cent of companies do not have access to a stable connection, double the rate in towns, according to a survey by the British Chambers of Commerce.
The damning statistics recently released suggest that the Government’s pledge to ensure 95 per cent of people have high-speed connections of over 24 megabits per second (Mbps) by the end of 2017 is pie in the sky.
Park View Business Centre has made its own investment to upgrade internet speeds available at the Centre via Carrier Wales (not BT!). This taking the available spaces from 30 mbs to upto 100mbs. PVBC’s superfast broadband ensures our rural office spaces continue to deliver great value, an important consideration for any small to medium sized business considering a move.
Nearly half of businesses (48%) said if the reliability of their broadband connection was improved it would allow them to use more applications, particularly cloud-based services, transfer of large files and remote server access for employees.
More reliable connections enable businesses to do more !
